Privacy policy

Dark Duo is in design and isn't out yet, so this page covers the website. When the game launches, this page will explain what the game does with your information before you can download it.
This website
darkduo.app counts page visits so we know whether anyone is reading it. It uses Polyology's own cookie-less counter, which stores daily totals and a one-way hash that changes every day, never IP addresses, and skips browsers that send Do Not Track. It also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or track you across sites. Amazon Web Services hosts the site.
The site remembers whether you turned the music off, in your own browser only. Fonts come from Google Fonts.
If you email us to hear about early access, we use your address only to reply and to tell you when there's something to try. We don't share it or sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Questions go to contact@polyology.co. Dark Duo is made by Polyology. The Polyology privacy policy covers our other products.
